Who
The Port St. John Community Foundation (PSJCF) is a public charity serving the residents and businesses of Port St. John and Brevard County. Established in 2019 by founders Andrew Procell (Freedom Air & Plumbing), Tia Mahan (United Space Alliance, Ignite Athletics & Space Coast Panthers Youth Football and Cheerleading ), and Randy Rodriguez (Realtor and HAPPENINGS magazine) the PSJCF is maintained by dedicated community volunteers. The Port St. John Community Foundation in partnership with our generous sponsors, are building resources that serve our community.
Community events held throughout the year are supported by fundraisers and donations from businesses and residents. Everyone is welcome to participate in events and meetings. Our vision is to bring the community of Port St. John together for growth, success, and to enhance the well-being of present and future generations.
The foundation is looking for students to volunteer for our events for hours towards their Bright Future Scholarships.

Parade Shirts
We are also offering the Parade T-shirts for sale this year (Non-Staff ONLY).
The cost is $14 per shirt and must be paid in advance of ordering.
The final order date is December 1st, 2025.
All shirts will be red.

36th Annual PSJ Christmas Parade
We invite your organization to participate in the 36th annual Port St. John Christmas Parade.
Please Read ALL Information before submitting your entry!
We are hoping for 85-100 participants. Please get your entry in early.
The theme of this year’s parade theme is A Winter Wonderland. Floats and decorations should be planned toward the theme. All entries will be judged and plaques awarded. Categories include Theme, Christmas Spirit, Creativity, Marching Musical and Marching Non-Musical.
NO FLOAT MAY FEATURE A LIVE SANTA CLAUS. Young children don’t understand why there are 40 Santas in a parade. We have Santa on his float at the end of parade.
CANDY MAY NOT BE THROWN FROM THE FLOATS OR VEHICLES for everyone’s safety. Thrown candy ricochets and small children chase it blindly into the street where they might be hit by the next vehicle. If you want to hand out candy, please be sure to have walkers accompany your float.
If there are noise considerations for your entry, please let us know immediately. We will try to spread out the bands and musical participants if possible. If you have noise sensitive problems, (horses, monitoring devices, etc.), please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Our mailing/contact list will be updated for 2025. We would appreciate you letting us know of any contact, address, email or phone changes. We will be sending updates to all organizations and clubs who submit an entry.
